Weekly service included in the 28-day rate.
First cycle includes delivery; later cycles cost less.
How does 28-day porta potty billing work?
A long-term porta potty rental bills every 28 days from the delivery date. The first bill includes the one-time delivery charge, so later cycles cost less. Weekly service is included. The rental renews until you call or text for pickup, and the 28-day price is the same for 10 days or 28.
Example: a unit delivered on March 3 bills again on March 31 and April 28. If you call for pickup on May 10, there is no new charge after the April 28 cycle.
Who rents porta potties by the month?
Monthly porta potty renters include home builders, contractors on public works jobs, farms during harvest, weekly farmers markets, rural properties without plumbing, and homeowners in long remodels. A weekly market that needs a clean unit every Saturday saves money on a 28-day rental instead of repeat event drop-offs.
Units for weekly markets can be locked between market days. Give us the combination so the driver can service on schedule.
Long-term rental questions
Will you pick it up automatically when my job ends?
Pickup is not automatic, because jobs often run long. Call or text when you are done. We confirm the pickup date and stop billing after the current cycle.
Why is the first month more than the next month?
The first 28-day bill includes the one-time delivery charge. Later bills cover the rental and weekly service only.
Can I change the service day?
Service day usually matches the weekday of delivery. If another day fits your crew or market better, ask, and we will move it to a route that runs that day.
Can I get an invoice every month?
An invoice is emailed for every 28-day cycle, along with a receipt after payment. Business accounts can ask for invoices to go to a billing contact.
